meet the team
Thais is a graduate of the Advertising Sciences degree from the Peruvian Institute of Advertising with a focus on the field of social transformation since 2019. Her passion for social change was what led her to find herself part of the Mukmu team and support with the development of projects for the well-being of the communities of Huancavelica. Thais hopes to join his other passion; documentary photography, to expose the stories of communities through images.

Lia es Bachiller en Derecho por la Universidad de Lima con experiencia en el sector legal corporativo y en el sector social. Ella forma parte del equipo de Mukmu por su interés en el desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades, con el objetivo de lograr una mejora en la calidad de vida de las personas.

Florencia is a student of Administration and Hospitality at the UPC. She is part of the team because she wants to bring out the kindness and generosity of people. He seeks to give quality of life to all the needy people he meets along the way with Mukmu.

Francisco trabaja para SEO Career, Nueva York, donde prepara a estudiantes de comunidades desatendidas para acceder a trabajos de banca de inversión. En su rol, prepara a 1,000+ estudiantes por año y coordina 50+ mentores. Previamente ha trabajado en Belcorp y Química Suiza en Lima y en UBS en NY. Francisco es graduado de Administración de St. Mary's University (Summa Cum Laude), tiene un diplomado de Marketing de la UPC (primer puesto) y tres certificaciones de coaching de vida. Es apasionado de los deportes, la educación, los idiomas, el servicio social y la lectura.

Father Roosevelt is a priest from the diocese of Huancavelica, who has been working for 17 years in various parish and pastoral activities. Currently, as a social action delegate of the diocese, he is involved in the fight against poverty and malnutrition, being a nexus of the various associations, companies and people of good will who want to help these vulnerable people.

Businesswoman, studied at the UNALM and the U.de Lima, Administration courses. She is certified as a Life Coach, NLP and Outdoor training in addition to Meditation and Mindfulness. She is convinced that all human beings should have the option to develop fully, having a place and environment with the right conditions to do so.
Ana Gabriela Bazo
Businessman, studied at the University of Lima, the career of Industrial Engineering. Currently manager of Pamuri Andes Lodge, this is an establishment located in the Huancavelica region, with which there is an agreement to support the association. Santiago is very committed to the communities and people of the area, which is why he forms an important part of the Mukmu team.
